They can be used by active incontinents as well as bedridden people. Thanks to the use of a breathable laminate in the outer insulation layer instead of a PE film, the skin can breathe undisturbed. The breathable products thus meet all requirements for bed sores and burns prophylaxis (they prevent the temperature rise in the diaper). Undisturbed temperature control is ensured and the risk of skin inflammation and irritation is significantly reduced. In contrast to the products with PE film, the breathable incontinence pants do not have the usual adhesive fasteners, but Velcro fasteners that guarantee secure attachment to the upper layer of fleece.
